Over the last 2+ years, I have engaged with the Fulfeelment team where they provided Program Management Leadership for projects related to our PLM systems. Narayan led our project that set up a new VDI to support our CAD systems using an upgraded version of 3DX. This was successfully implemented and improved user experience. Tien led us through RFP development and vendor selection process for expansion of our 3DX PLM system, which resulted in a selection of a new license VAR and Implementer. Both Narayan and Tien brought a client focused approach that brought value to the end users of our PLM systems that would not have been possible without their expertise. I would engage with them again in the future as I look to implement new technology initiatives.

I have worked side-by-side with Narayan on several projects over the years. He has led our team(s) as an engagement manager and is a great leader and problem solver. His strengths are working with different personalities and bringing the larger team (clients, managers, dev teams, stakeholders, etc.) to a common, focused goal, and operating in an Agile or Kanban software development environment. His ethics and values are evident alongside his leadership qualities and technology capabilities.

Narayan is an incredible project manager and consultant. I had the pleasure of working with Narayan for just shy of two years. During that time he project managed several enterprise level projects. He showed leadership, organization and ability to deliver the hard messages gaining the respect of his colleges and myself. These skills of organization, leadership and strong communication would make Narayan a great asset to any organization.

Narayan is a team player engages with clients, teams and stakeholders with empathy and communication that adds value to any project. More importantly, he's a friend and a great person to work with who prides himself on growth and understanding.
